3. modify the function(cpu_hotplug.c) interface
cpu_up() --> add_cpu()
cpu_down() --> remove_cpu()
4. modify config and move module_init from meson_cooldev.c to meson_tsensor.c
5. modify pr_info() --> pr_debug() when probe
