dirspi_async is designed for the ldim isr. Unfortunately, the
clk_set_rate and clk_get_rate it calls use a mutex lock, which
will lead to a mutex lock panic.
Solution:
Set spi speed in spi_setup only when controller_data use_dirspi=1
