1. copy dts related files from kernel 5.4
2. modify the file style to meet the submission requirements
3. modify the CPU register to solve the problem of stuck cpuidle
4. porting clk driver
5. porting pinctrl driver
6. modify the reg of aucpu in dts to solve kernel panic
7. modify secmon dts to solve serror kernel panic
