Hanjie Lin ddbdcf7a92 TRACE: optimize meson_atrace function [1/1]

Problem:
1, perfetto cannot parse meson_atrace event
2, trace_printk cannot work on release version

Solution:
1, change meson_atrace event to trace_print event
2, porting aml_trace_printk
