Problem:
can not search channel at platform which only
use an internal demod.

Solution:
optimize tuner and demod attach.

verified by T + smith

min.yang 57756e2b3c Demod: porting from 5.4 to 5.15 [1/1]

s4d need porting demod and tuner.

Solution:
1.porting dtv-demod.
2.porting dvb-extern.

Verify:
compile pass, be normal on s905Y4.
