Jianxiong Pan ac2fc01c28 mm: add file cache statistic support. [1/1]

Problem:
add a tool to list how many memory cache files used in file
cache.
console:/ # cat /proc/filecache

Solution:
porting file cache from 5.4.

Verify:
local.
