mm: fix the access function of "watch_addr". [1/1]

Problem:
"cat /sys/class/watch_point/watch_addr" will crash,
dbgwvr4_el1 that should not be accessed was accessed..
Solution:
Delete "do{}while(0)". and break will take effect on 'switch' rather
than 'while'.
