Problem:
cancel_delayed_work() may not cancel the work in time

Solution:
stop frl first at disable phy
Use the cancel_delayed_work_sync() instead
clear frl mode at hdmitx_set_frl_rate_none

Verify:
s5/ax201

Test:
DRM-TX-79,DRM-TX-80,DRM-TX-81,DRM-TX-82
