Liming Xue 96fc53690c dsp: host driver panic [1/1] ...

Problem:
when there is no dsp, the dsp pointer is used
(host->host_dsp->pm_support_ffv),so it cause panic

Solution:
when there is no dsp, the judgment is not executed

Verify:
