Problem:
upgrade s4 regulator to k6.12;

Solution:
add s4 dts and pwm code with usleep time;
note: udelay time from gxlx4(k5.4) and new soc(k5.15+);

Verify:
s4 aq222(S805X2) #33, ap222(S905Y4)V1.1: 64bit & 32bit
