hongbin wang 2f9923f083 tee: Add params check [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-226466

Problem:
if addr and size set to 0, it will set to bl32 directly.
bl32 return failed but not err log print.
kernel will report bad result.

Solution:
add params check in kernel.
