Mingyen Hung be55134708 Crypto: Add not_support_sha1_zero_len in dts [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-238034

Problem:
It fails in hmac(sha1-kl) when running crypto-test
for A5.

Solution:
1. Add a dts field to identify support of "zero length sha1"
or not.
2. If it doesn't support this, hmac(sha1-kl) will not be
registered.

Verified:
A5 + AV400
