Problem:
HF-VSDB is not declared in EDID, and the highest
TMDS clk supported by the current TV can only be
obtained from VSDB.4K60HZ Y422,12bit (600Mhz)
exceeds the maximum clk range

Solution:
Adjust the maximum supported TMDS clk,Regarding
the maximum supported clk, refer to the tmds
clk in VSDB/HF-VSDB,Filter out unsupported patterns.
