Yao Jie 2b31d6669b reboot: extend reboot reason index to 128 [8/8] ...

Problem:
Need to extend reboot reason index to 128 for
some chip like SC2/S4/T3/T7, etc.

Solution:
Add another 4 bits of sticky register for reboot
reason index storage, this will extend reboot
reason to 128 (0 ~ 127)

Verify:
SC2-AH212
