dian.shao b0608a6bad usb: race between unbind&setup [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-158524

Problem:
CTS-V usb accessory test unplug&plug too
quickly leading to the racing between unbind
and setup.

Solution:
Add udc_async_callbacks().

Verify:
t7.
