Problem:
modify configs to follow gki rule

Solution:
1. remove annotated configs
2. remove invalid config: CONFIG_AMLOGIC_USB_HOST_ELECT_TEST
3. remove config CONFIG_MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT,
and configure tuner configs to not set
4. adjust symbols
5. keep modules.dep for viewing module dependencies
