binqi zhang 4888a345fc UVM: fix null pointer dereference [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-92386

Problem:
1.null pointer dereference in mua_get_meta_data
2.missing two CLs from kernel5.4

Solution:
1.add protect for potential null pointer;
2.cherry pick the following two CLs:
