ziyi 67ceb77964 emmc: prevent retune happened [1/1]

Problem:
5.15 not shield the mmc retune code of common dir cause
tuning operation happened when change to rpmb partition
everytime

Solution:
hold retune at the probe time

Verify:
sc2
