Hao Shi 542455ffdc amvdec: optimize vdec_info and vframe_counter_s [1/1] ...

Problem:
The size of vdec_info and vframe_counter_s of
the kernel and player are out of sync causing
tsplayer AMSTREAM_IOC_GET_MVDECINFO to fail.

Solution:
force structures to be byte-aligned
