qing.zhang e7deca7afd audio: 44k domain clk setting issue with earc [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-121985

Problem:
when playback 44k base source, the clk is not changed from 48k.
which case the earc clk error

Solution:
1. use hifi for earc, the same as T5M
2. config the dts the same as T5M

Verify:
verify by t3x
