zhiwei.zhang ac8689e9dc amlbian: fix mipi camera crash and preview [1/1]

Problem:
null pointer access in ov5640 close function;.

Solution:
increase vm0 for mipi camera.
ov5640: no close if not open success;
ov5640: open & close function - allow only 1 user;
