xiang.wu1 8f876cf511 hdmitx: hdmitx_drv remove references to chip_type [1/1] ...

Problem:
hdmitx_drv.c is common to both hdmitx20 and 21,
and should not contain any chip_type related checks.

Solution:
remove references to chip_type
