PD#SWPL-141600

Problem:
Implement hdmitx dump node in the proc directory
and dump all hdmitx information

Solution:
Add hdmitx_dump node in proc and debug directory
Delete sysfs nodes such as hdmitx_basic_config, clkmsr,
hdmitx_pkt_dump, hdmirx_info etc.

Verify:
sc2/s7d

Test:
DRM-TX-79,DRM-TX-80,DRM-TX-81,DRM-TX-82
