Song Zhao 2d6c1e5215 msync: refine IPTV mode [1/3] ...

PD#TV-97540

Problem:
Mircast needs IPTV mode because some of the device like Windows11 PC
won't alwasy mux audio. Playback needs to switch between A/V master
modes.

Solution:
refine IPTV_MODE support

Verify:
Windows11 PC miracast + Platco/Element + TM2
