yiting.deng 4b5a486dfa vrtc: fix read alarm warning in probe [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-192783

Problem:
insmod rtc will reads alarm and converts it to standard time.
UBSAN detects that the alarm is converted to the standard time and
a data overflow warning is generated

Solution:
fix code
