Bichao Zheng 9cbc6d2f35 spinfc: compatible with host ecc and device ecc [2/2] ...

PD#SWPL-156043

Problem:
need to select ecc mode according to the nand model.

Solution:
1. only MX35LF1G24AD select host ecc.
2. all info page use host ecc
