qiankun.wang 407be5ff67 iotrace: notify_call update core_layout base. [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-150084

Problem:
the vendor hooks "module_base_hook" was deleted
in kernel6.6.

Solution:
update module curr core_layout base by function
"blocking_notifier_call_chain".
