huijie.huang 6c8bb4f47c lcd: support more output mode and timing [2/2] ...

PD#SWPL-231810

Problem:
t6x need to support more output mode and timing

Solution:
1. Add 170/180/340/360hz output mode
2. Update max timing to 15
3. Update pll setting
