hang cheng bd922b26f8 hdmitx: add hdr pkt instance [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-205033

Problem:
it will confuse when there're more than one
tx connector which support HDR

Solution:
add tx connector instance as param when send
hdr related packet

Verify:
ohm, ross
