Problem:
When OTT is connected to a TV that supports hdr10plus and it is
turned on for the first time, it shows that it does not support
hdr10plus

Solution:
remove the is_hdr10plus_enable judgment logic,
add the enable_hdr10plus node in the amhdmitx device tree to
perform hdr10plus logic judgment
