Problem:
1.burn dovi.ko,switch resolution to more_60hz,
the color display abnormally
2.when osd3 was disabled, osd_status is still 1

Solution:
1.correctly return osd3 status to dv when
switching refresh more than 60hz
2.update correct osd3 status
