Qianggui Song dc4058cbf4 gpio: fix coverity error [1/1] ...

Problem:
Due to gpiolib add scope guard mechanism, some variables
make be treated as not initial when used out side of this file.

Solution:
remove gpiod_gdb log print to be silence.

Verify:
local build
