Problem:
bring up to console

Solution:
1. copy dts related files from kernel 5.4
2. modify the file style to meet the submission requirements
3. porting clock driver
4. porting pinctrl driver
5. modify secmon dts
6. modify the reg of aucpu in dts to solve kernel panic
