Mingyen Hung b1dea7d928 crypto: support dma_bus64 [1/1]

Problem:
Need to support 64 bits addressing

Solution:
1. Add dma_dsc_64 and dma_sg_dsc_64
2. dma_set_mask is set to 64
3. dma_set_coherent_mask is set to 40
4. SMCC call to set dma bus64 in bl31

Verify:
s6 + bl201
