dian.shao 3746e94792 usb: uac iso ep of the usb camera lead to xHC die [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-178337

Problem:
Stop capturing in camera.apk, the app will exit and the
usb port will be non-functional.
It turns out that the event is no longer trigger after
the first Missed Service Error.

Solution:
Add HOST-008: use event data to force txevent.

Verify:
s6.
