Revert "Bluetooth: qca: add support for QCA2066"
This reverts commit ad643241d4 which is
commit a7f8dedb4be2cc930a29af24427b885405ecd15d upstream.
It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
