arm64: dts: ti: k3-j784s4-main: Enable support for high speed modes

eMMC tuning was incomplete earlier, so support for high speed modes was
kept disabled. Remove no-1-8-v property to enable support for high
speed modes for eMMC in J784S4 SoC.
