Revert "bpf: Remove unused insn_cnt argument from visit_[func_call_]insn()"

This reverts commit 97bb6dab01 which is
commit dcb2288b1f upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
