Revert "Bluetooth: hci_qca: Add support for QTI Bluetooth chip wcn6855"

This reverts commit e5383662fd which is
commit 095327fede upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
