[ARM] tegra_i2s_audio: fixed several issues

- Acquire the DMA request spinlock in dma_tx_complete_callback()
(this was omitted)
- allow_suspend() was called by mistake in start_recording_if_necessary()
every time it was executed which could cause the wake lock to be
released during audio capture.
