tm2: add tm2_pxp dts at amlogic for ptm bringup [1/1]

Problem:
Current branch need tm2_pxp dts at amlogic system

Solution:
Create tm2_pxp dts at tm2 kernel branch, and modified scripts

Verify:
on ptm board4
