Revert "Bluetooth: hci_qca: Set BDA quirk bit if fwnode exists in DT"
This reverts commit 92b8a3273f which is
commit 7dcd3e014aa7faeeaf4047190b22d8a19a0db696 upstream.
It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
