Revert "PCI: endpoint: Use a separate lock for protecting epc->pci_epf list"

This reverts commit 9102582762 which is
commit d6dd5bafaa upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
