Not a big pull request this time around. Only 49 non-merge
commits. This pull request is, however, all over the place. Most of
the changes are in the bdc driver adding support for USB Phy layer and

Renesas adds support for R-Car H3 ES2.0 and R-Car M3-W SoCs.
Also here is PM_RUNTIME support for dwc3-keystone.
UDC Core got a DMA unmap fix to make sure we only unmap requests that
were, indeed, mapped.
Other than these, we have a lot of cleanups, many of them adding
'const' to several places.
We introduce a struct hfi1_16b_header to support 16B headers.
16B bypass packets are received by the driver and processed
similar to 9B packets. Add basic support to handle 16B packets.

We currently keep rt->rt6i_node pointing to the fib6_node for the route.
And some functions make use of this pointer to dereference the fib6_node
from rt structure, e.g. rt6_check(). However, as there is neither
refcount nor rcu taken when dereferencing rt->rt6i_node, it could
potentially cause crashes as rt->rt6i_node could be set to NULL by other
CPUs when doing a route deletion.
This patch introduces an rcu grace period before freeing fib6_node and
makes sure the functions that dereference it takes rcu_read_lock().
Note: there is no "Fixes" tag because this bug was there in a very
early stage.

The M4U IP blocks in mt2712 is MTK's generation2 M4U which use the
ARM Short-descriptor like mt8173, and most of the HW registers are
the same.
The difference is that there are 2 M4U HWs in mt2712 while there's
only one in mt8173. The purpose of 2 M4U HWs is for balance the
bandwidth.
Normally if there are 2 M4U HWs, there should be 2 iommu domains,
each M4U has a iommu domain.

The definition of MTK_M4U_TO_LARB and MTK_M4U_TO_PORT are shared by
all the gen2 M4U HWs. Thus, Move them out from mt8173-larb-port.h,
and put them into the c file.

Add the invalid handle "0" check to avoid unnecessary search, because

This was reported many times, and this was even mentioned in commit
52ee2dfdd4 ("pids: refactor vnr/nr_ns helpers to make them safe") but
somehow nobody bothered to fix the obvious problem: task_tgid_nr_ns() is
not safe because task->group_leader points to nowhere after the exiting
task passes exit_notify(), rcu_read_lock() can not help.
We really need to change __unhash_process() to nullify group_leader,
parent, and real_parent, but this needs some cleanups. Until then we
can turn task_tgid_nr_ns() into another user of __task_pid_nr_ns() and
fix the problem.

Instead of the callsites choosing between of_cpu_device_node_get if the
CPUs are registered as of_node is populated by then and of_get_cpu_node
when the CPUs are not yet registered as CPU of_nodes are not yet stashed
thereby needing to parse the device tree, we can call of_get_cpu_node
in case the CPUs are not yet registered.
This will allow to use of_cpu_device_node_get anywhere hiding the
details from the caller.

This important to call qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog() after changing queue
length. Parent qdisc should deactivate class in ->qlen_notify() called from
qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog() but this happens only if qdisc->q.qlen in zero.
Missed class deactivations leads to crashes/warnings at picking packets
from empty qdisc and corrupting state at reactivating this class in future.

The 'Press and Hold' operation was not correctly implemented, in
particular the requirement that the repeat doesn't start until
the second identical keypress arrives. The REP_DELAY value also
had to be adjusted (see the comment in the code) to achieve the
desired behavior.
The 'enabled_protocols' field was also never set, fix that too. Since
CEC is a fixed protocol the driver has to set this field.

Since commit 12749b198fa4 ("[media] rc: saa7134: add trailing space for
timely decoding"), the workaround of inserting reset events is no
longer needed.
Note that the initial reset is not needed either; other rc-core drivers
that don't use ir_raw_event_store_edge() never call this at all.
Verified on a HVR-1150 and Raspberry Pi.

The NEC scancode composing and protocol type detection in
ir_nec_decode() is generic enough to be a shared function. Let's create
an inline function in rc-core.h, so that other remote control drivers
can reuse this function to save some code.

When an ir-spi is registered, you get this message.
rc rc0: Unspecified device as /devices/platform/soc/3f215080.spi/spi_master/spi32766/spi32766.128/rc/rc0
"Unspecified device" refers to input_name, which makes no sense for IR
TX only devices. So, rename to device_name.
Also make driver_name const char* so that no casts are needed anywhere.
Now ir-spi reports:

The free_irq() function could be called from interrupt context,
which is invalid. Move this to the thread.
In the interrupt handler we just request that the thread disables
the irq. This is done through an atomic so we don't need to add
any spinlocks.

The CEC_EVENT_PIN_LOW/HIGH defines and the cec_queue_pin_event() function
did not specify that these were about CEC pin events.
Since in the future there will also be HPD pin events it is wise to rename
the event defines and function to CEC_EVENT_PIN_CEC_LOW/HIGH and
cec_queue_pin_cec_event() now before these become part of the ABI.

Add outbound_pci_buffer_overflow to ethtool output for monitoring the
number of packets that were dropped due to lack of PCIe buffers on
receive path from NIC port toward the host(s).
This counter is valid only in case that tx_overflow_buffer_pkt is
supported in MCAM enhanced features.
