615b524aca NFC: hci: Reference every pipe information according to notification
We update the tracked pipes status when receiving HCI commands.
Also we forward HCI errors and we reply to any HCI command, even though
we don't support it.

df8d742e92 ARM: initial support for Conexant Digicolor CX92755 SoC
Add initial support for the Conexant CX92755 SoC. The CX92755 is one of the
Digicolor series of SoCs, all sharing many of the same peripherals. The code
was tested on the CX92755 evaluation kit, AKA Equinox.

af77522320 NFC: hci: Change nfc_hci_send_response gate parameter to pipe
As there can be several pipes connected to the same gate, we need
to know which pipe ID to use when sending an HCI response. A gate
ID is not enough.

Instead of changing the nfc_hci_send_response() API to something
not aligned with the rest of the HCI API, we call nfc_hci_hcp_message_tx
directly.

988427829b ktest: Restore tty settings after closing console
When ktest runs the console program as a child process, the parent and
child share the same tty for stdin and stderr. This is problematic when
using a libvirt target. The "virsh console" program makes a lot of
changes to the tty settings, making ktest's output hard to read
(carriage returns don't work). After ktest exits, the terminal is
unusable (CRs broken, stdin isn't echoed).

I think the best way to fix this issue would be to create a
pseudoterminal (pty pair) so the child process would have a dedicated
tty, and then use pipes to connect the two ttys. I'm not sure if that's
overkill, but it's far beyond my current Perl abilities.

This patch is a much easier way to (partially) fix this issue. It saves
the tty settings before opening the console and restores them after
closing it. There are still a few places where ktest prints mangled
output while the console is open, but the output is much more legible
overall, and the terminal works just fine after ktest exits.

fda7a49cb9 NFC: hci: Change event_received handler gate parameter to pipe
Several pipes may point to the same CLF gate, so getting the gate ID
as an input is not enough.
For example dual secure element may have 2 pipes (1 for uicc and
1 for eSE) pointing to the connectivity gate.

As resolving gate and host IDs can be done from a pipe, we now pass
the pipe ID to the event received handler.

1fe192d8d6 mwifiex: selectively choose ext_scan support
Some devices do not support extended scan.
This patch adds support to enble ext_scan selectively.
For SD/PCIe interfaces, deefine ext_scan_support as part of
card structure and use it to initialize ext_scan in adapter
during registering device. For USB interfaces, we initialize
ext_scan during register_dev handler.

0c8a1e43aa ath9k and ath9k_htc: rename variable "led_blink"
ath9k and ath9k_htc use the variable name "led_blink" to indicate
whether the module parameter "blink" is on. This name is easy to
conflict with other variables, and has caused a compiler error found
by kbuild test bot. The compiler error is as following:

drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath9k/ath9k_htc.o:(.data+0x47c): multiple definition of `led_blink'
drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath9k/ath9k.o:(.bss+0x20): first defined here
