cbf7a75bc5 nfsd4: fix delegation cleanup on error
We're not cleaning up everything we need to on error. In particular,
we're not removing our lease. Among other problems this can cause the
struct nfs4_file used as fl_owner to be referenced after it has been
destroyed.

368fe39b50 NFSD: Don't clear SUID/SGID after root writing data
We're clearing the SUID/SGID bits on write by hand in nfsd_vfs_write,
even though the subsequent vfs_writev() call will end up doing this for
us (through file system write methods eventually calling
file_remove_suid(), e.g., from __generic_file_aio_write).

So, remove the redundant nfsd code.

The only change in behavior is when the write is by root, in which case
we previously cleared SUID/SGID, but will now leave it alone. The new
behavior is the behavior of every filesystem we've checked.

It seems better to be consistent with local filesystem behavior. And
the security advantage seems limited as root could always restore these
bits by hand if it wanted.

SUID/SGID is not cleared after writing data with (root, local ext4),

a1b8ff4c97 nfsd4: remove lockowner when removing lock stateid
The nfsv4 state code has always assumed a one-to-one correspondance
between lock stateid's and lockowners even if it appears not to in some
places.

We may actually change that, but for now when FREE_STATEID releases a
lock stateid it also needs to release the parent lockowner.

Symptoms were a subsequent LOCK crashing in find_lockowner_str when it
calls same_lockowner_ino on a lockowner that unexpectedly has an empty
so_stateids list.

6c67c7c38c AFS: Fix cache manager service handlers
Fix the cache manager RPC service handlers. The afs_send_empty_reply() and
afs_send_simple_reply() functions:

 (a) Kill the call and free up the buffers associated with it if they fail.

 (b) Return with call intact if it they succeed.

However, none of the callers actually check the result or clean up if
successful - and may use the now non-existent data if it fails.

This was detected by Dan Carpenter using a static checker:

The patch 08e0e7c82e: "[AF_RXRPC]: Make the in-kernel AFS
filesystem use AF_RXRPC." from Apr 26, 2007, leads to the following
	static checker warning:
	"fs/afs/cmservice.c:155 SRXAFSCB_CallBack()
		 warn: 'call' was already freed."

eca8183699 perf tools: Add automatic remapping of Android libraries
This patch automatically adjusts the path of MMAP records
associated with Android system libraries.

The Android system is organized with system libraries found in
/system/lib and user libraries in /data/app-lib. On the host system
(not running Android), system libraries can be found in the downloaded
NDK directory under ${NDK_ROOT}/platforms/${APP_PLATFORM}/arch-${ARCH}/usr/lib
and the user libraries are installed under libs/${APP_ABI} within
the apk build directory. This patch makes running the reporting
tools possible on the host system using the libraries from the NDK.

75ecb231ff crypto: hash - Add real ahash walk interface
Although the existing hash walk interface has already been used
by a number of ahash crypto drivers, it turns out that none of
them were really asynchronous. They were all essentially polling
for completion.

That's why nobody has noticed until now that the walk interface
couldn't work with a real asynchronous driver since the memory
is mapped using kmap_atomic.

As we now have a use-case for a real ahash implementation on x86,
this patch creates a minimal ahash walk interface. Basically it
just calls kmap instead of kmap_atomic and does away with the
crypto_yield call. Real ahash crypto drivers don't need to yield
since by definition they won't be hogging the CPU.

31cd840e6c i40e: remove hardcode of stats struct size in ethtool
Base the queue stats length on the queue stats struct rather than
assuming it is 2 fields. This is in prep for adding data fields
which are configuration dependent.

e5eb925a18 MIPS: Change type of asid_cache to unsigned long
asid_cache must be unsigned long otherwise on 64 bit systems it will
become 0 if the value in get_new_mmu_context() reaches 0xffffffff and
in the end the assumption of ASID_FIRST_VERSION is not true anymore
thus leads to more dangerous things.

3bdf878102 pwm: samsung: do not set manual update bit in pwm_samsung_config
pwm_samsung_config() sets the manual update bit via a call to the
pwm_samsung_enable() function even when the channel is already running.
This causes noticable flicker on display if we try to change the
backlight brightness from minimum to maximum, continuously.

So, we remove the call to pwm_samsung_enable() from pwm_samsung_config
to avoid the flicker and this change doesn't harm normal working since
the pwm-backlight driver already calls pwm_samsung_enable() where
needed.

32f5f54a22 i40e/i40evf: control auto ITR through ethtool
For all of our supported kernels, ethtool allows us to directly control
adaptive ITR instead of just faking it with an ITR value. Support this
capability so that user knows explicitly when ITR is being controlled
dynamically. Suggested by Ben Hutchings.
