Move the code around to differentiate different section of code and
prepare it to be factored out in the next patches.
The call order changed but hat doesn't have a side effect because
they are independent. The important call is cpu_do_idle() which must
be done the last.

Use the cpuidle generic function 'cpuidle_register'. That saves us
from some extra lines of code and unneeded variables.
A side effect of this change is a bug fix where before the cpuidle
driver was registered for each_online_cpu and now it is for
each_possible_cpu.

The include/media/s5p_fimc.h header has been removed in commit
49b2f4c56f ("exynos4-is: Remove support
for non-dt platforms"). This broke compilation of the m5mols driver.
Include the include/media/exynos-fimc.h header instead, which contains
the S5P_FIMC_TX_END_NOTIFY definition required by the driver.

Pull AFS fixes and cleanups from David Howells:
"Here are some patches to the AFS filesystem:
1) Fix problems in the clean-up parts of the cache manager service
handler.
2) Split afs_end_call() introduced in (1) and replace some identical
code elsewhere with a call to the first half of the split function.
3) Fix an error introduced in the workqueue PREPARE_WORK() elimination
commits.
4) Clean up argument passing to functions called from the workqueue as
there's now an insulating layer between them and the workqueue.

The sum at the beginning of line "intr" includes also unnumbered
interrupts. It implies that the sum at the beginning isn't the sum
of the remainder of the line, not even an estimation.
Fixed the documentation to mention that.

make /proc/stat account for all interrupts")

Using the lowlevel debug uart is a corner case - even more so in a
multiplatform environment. So it seems reasonable to simply let the
developer set the appropriate uart type for the debugged SoC.

A common macro v7_exit_coherency_flush available which does the below
tasks in the seqeunce.
-clearing C bit
-clearing L1 cache
-exit SMP
-instruction and data synchronization
So removing the local functions which does the same thing and use the
macro instead.

Change the I/O endpoint handling of the mceusb driver to respect the endpoint
type reported by device (bulk/interrupt), rather than treating all endpoints
as type interrupt, which breaks devices using bulk endpoints when connected
to a xhci controller. Accordingly, change the function calls to initialize
an endpoint's transfer pipe and urb handlers to use the correct function based
on the endpoint type.

This commit fixes the compiler -Wunused-function warning. It was enough
to put #define around them to supress this warning. One was a special
case because it's usage was commented-out therefore, as I did not want
to remove it completely, I disabled it with #if 0

This patch removes all usage of _malloc() and the function itself. Most
uses are straightforward replacements by kmalloc(..., GFP_ATOMIC),
because this was the definition of _malloc(). In a few places it
was possible to use kzalloc() or memdup_user.
A further improvement would be to replace GFP_ATOMIC with GFP_KERNEL
where possible.
Verified by compilation only.

First, don't print pci device information or driver prefixes, this
is already printed by dev_err. Next, don't report error messages
via dev_err when the failing function already reports all errors
via dev_err.
