This patch replaces rtw_zmalloc with kzalloc in function
rtw_setstandby_cmd. There are no locks, hence GFP_KERNEL flag is used.

The pairing process initiated through mgmt sets the conn->auth_type
value regardless of BR/EDR or LE pairing. This value will contain the
MITM flag if the local IO capability allows it. When sending the SMP
pairing request we should check the value and ensure that the MITM bit
gets correctly set in the bonding flags.

The SMP specification is written with the assumption that both key
information, plaintextData and encryptedData follow the same little
endian byte ordering as the rest of SMP.
Since the kernel crypto routines expect big endian data the code has had
to do various byte swapping tricks to make the behavior as expected,
however the swapping has been scattered all around the place.
This patch centralizes the byte order swapping into the smp_e function
by making its public interface match what the other SMP functions expect
as per specification. The benefit is vastly simplified calls to smp_e.

When registering a new irqfd, we call its ->poll method to collect any
event that might have previously been pending so that we can trigger it.
This is done under the kvm->irqfds.lock, which means the eventfd's ctx
lock is taken under it.
However, if we get a POLLHUP in irqfd_wakeup, we will be called with the
ctx lock held before getting the irqfds.lock to deactivate the irqfd,
causing lockdep to complain.
Calling the ->poll method does not really need the irqfds.lock, so let's
just move it after we've given up the irqfds.lock in kvm_irqfd_assign().

tried to reap full benefits of consolidation but fell short
as we never 'switch' to the fake private context on gens
that don't have hw_contexts, so request->ctx remained NULL
on those.
Fix this by 'switching' to fake context so that when
request is submitted to ring, proper context gets assigned
to it.

drm/i915: Consolidate forcewake resetting to a single function
The reordered setup sequence ended up calling del_timer_sync before
the timer was set up correctly, resulting in endless hilarity when
loading the driver.
Compared to Ben's patch (which moved around the setup_timer call to
sanitize_early) this moves the sanitize_early call around in the
driver load call. This way we avoid calling setup_timer again in the
resume code (where we also call sanitize_early).

The USB host drivers need platform data to be defined on
pxa168 and pxa910, but the conditionals used in the devices.c
file only work if the drivers are built-in. This patch
fixes the definition by changing the #ifdef to #if IS_ENABLED(),
which works both for built-in and modular Kconfig symbols.
I found one specific problem using 'randconfig' builds, but
for consistency, this patch uses IS_ENABLED() for all Kconfig
symbols in these three files.

Non-PCI devices can use the entire 32-bit range, PCI dittos are
limited to the first 64MiB.
Also actually setup coherent_dma_mask.
The patch has been verified on a board with 128MiB memory, one
ipx4xx_eth device and a e100 PCI device.

On xen_acpi_processor_resume() we call various procedures, which are
non atomic and can enable interrupts. To prevent the issue introduce
separate resume notify called after we enable interrupts on resume
and before we call other drivers resume callbacks.

The grant mapping API does m2p_override unnecessarily: only gntdev needs it,
for blkback and future netback patches it just cause a lock contention, as
those pages never go to userspace. Therefore this series does the following:
- the bulk of the original function (everything after the mapping hypercall)
is moved to arch-dependent set/clear_foreign_p2m_mapping
- the "if (xen_feature(XENFEAT_auto_translated_physmap))" branch goes to ARM
- therefore the ARM function could be much smaller, the m2p_override stubs
could be also removed
- on x86 the set_phys_to_machine calls were moved up to this new funcion
from m2p_override functions
- and m2p_override functions are only called when there is a kmap_ops param
It also removes a stray space from arch/x86/include/asm/xen/page.h.

This patch removes the Kconfig symbol XEN_PRIVILEGED_GUEST which is
used nowhere in the tree.
We do know grub2 has a script that greps kernel configuration files for
its macro. It shouldn't do that. As Linus summarized:
This is a grub bug. It really is that simple. Treat it as one.
Besides, grub2's grepping for that macro is actually superfluous. See,
that script currently contains this test (simplified):
grep -x CONFIG_XEN_DOM0=y $config || grep -x CONFIG_XEN_PRIVILEGED_GUEST=y $config
But since XEN_DOM0 and XEN_PRIVILEGED_GUEST are by definition equal,
removing XEN_PRIVILEGED_GUEST cannot influence this test.
So there's no reason to not remove this symbol, like we do with all
unused Kconfig symbols.

Add support for MSI message groups for Xen Dom0 using the
MAP_PIRQ_TYPE_MULTI_MSI pirq map type.
In order to keep track of which pirq is the first one in the group all
pirqs in the MSI group except for the first one have the newly
introduced PIRQ_MSI_GROUP flag set. This prevents calling
PHYSDEVOP_unmap_pirq on them, since the unmap must be done with the
first pirq in the group.
