Port matching is selected by default on every rule so remove check for it
and delete 'else' side of the statement. Remove nfp_flower_meta_one as now
it will not feature in the code. Rename nfp_flower_meta_two given that one
has been removed.
'Additional metadata' if statement can never be true so remove it as well.

Remove the matching of mac/mpls as a default selection. These are not
necessarily set by a TC rule (unlike the port). Previously a mac/mpls
field would exist in every match and be masked out if not used. This patch
has no impact on functionality but removes unnessary memory assignment in
the match cmsg.

Not all variants of the sh_eth hardware have Gigabit
support. Unfortunately, the current driver doesn't tell the PHY about
the limited MAC capabilities. Due to this, if you have a Gigabit
capable PHY, the PHY will advertise its Gigabit capability and
establish a link at 1Gbit/s, even though the MAC doesn't support it.
In order to avoid this, we use the recently introduced
phy_set_max_speed() to tell the PHY to not advertise speed higher than
100 MBit/s.
Tested on a SH7786 platform, with a Gigabit PHY.

On many laptops setting a different LPM policy then unknown /
max_performance can lead to power-savings of 1.0 - 1.5 Watts (when idle).
Modern ultrabooks idle around 6W (at 50% screen brightness), 1.0 - 1.5W
is a significant chunk of this.
There are some performance / latency costs to enabling LPM by default,
so it is desirable to make it possible to set a different LPM policy
for mobile / laptop variants of chipsets / "South Bridges" vs their
desktop / server counterparts. Also enabling LPM by default is not
entirely without risk of regressions. At least min_power is known to
cause issues with some disks, including some reports of data corruption.
This commits adds a new ahci.mobile_lpm_policy kernel cmdline option,
which defaults to a new SATA_MOBILE_LPM_POLICY Kconfig option so that
Linux distributions can choose to set a LPM policy for mobile chipsets
by default.
The reason to have both a kernel cmdline option and a Kconfig default
value for it, is to allow easy overriding of the default to allow
trouble-shooting without needing to rebuild the kernel.

If you prepare_to_wait() after a previous prepare_to_wait(),
but before calling schedule(), you get warning:
do not call blocking ops when !TASK_RUNNING; state=2
This is appropriate as it is often a bug. The event that the
first prepare_to_wait() expects might wake up the schedule following
the second prepare_to_wait(), which could be confusing.
However if both prepare_to_wait()s are part of simple wait_event()
loops, and if the inner one is rarely called, then there is
no problem. The inner loop is too simple to get confused by
a stray wakeup, and the outer loop won't spin unduly because the
inner doesnt affect it often.
This pattern occurs in both raid1.c and raid10.c in the use of
flush_pending_writes().
The warning can be silenced by setting current->state to TASK_RUNNING.

In do_md_run(), md threads should not wake up until the array is fully
initialized in md_run(). However, in raid5_run(), raid5-cache may wake
up mddev->thread to flush stripes that need to be written back. This
design doesn't break badly right now. But it could lead to bad bug in
the future.
This patch tries to resolve this problem by splitting start up work
into two personality functions, run() and start(). Tasks that do not
require the md threads should go into run(), while task that require
the md threads go into start().
r5l_load_log() is moved to raid5_start(), so it is not called until
the md threads are started in do_md_run().

The purpose of this change is to fix the incorrect detection of the link
partner (LP) advertised capabilities which sometimes happens with this PHY
(roughly 1 time in a dozen)
This issue may cause the link to be negotiated at 10Mbps/Full or
10Mbps/Half when 100MBps/Full is actually possible. In some case, the link
is even completely broken and no communication is possible.
To detect the corruption, we must look for a magic undocumented bit in the
WOL bank (hint given by the SoC vendor kernel) but this is not enough to
cover all cases. We also have to look at the LPA ack. If the LP supports
Aneg but did not ack our base code when aneg is completed, we assume
something went wrong.
The detection of a corrupted LPA triggers a restart of the aneg process.
This solves the problem but may take up to 6 retries to complete.

Packets that don't have dest mac as the mac of the master device should
not be entertained by the IPvlan rx-handler. This is mostly true as the
packet path mostly takes care of that, except when the master device is
a virtual device. As demonstrated in the following case -

The intent here was that we would be listening to
i915_gem_request_unsubmit in order to cancel the signaler quickly and
release the reference on the request. Cancelling the signaler is done
directly via intel_engine_cancel_signaling (called from unsubmit), but
that does not directly wake up the signaling thread, and neither does
setting the request->global_seqno back to zero wake up listeners to the
request->execute waitqueue. So the only time that listening to the
request->execute waitqueue would wake up the signaling kthread would be
on the request resubmission, during which time we would already receive
wake ups from rejoining the global breadcrumbs wait rbtree.
Trying to wake up to release the request remains an issue. If the
signaling was cancelled and no other request required signaling, then it
is possible for us to shutdown with the reference on the request still
held. To ensure that we do not try to shutdown, leaking that request, we
kick the signaling threads whenever we disarm the breadcrumbs, i.e. on
parking the engine when idle.
v2: We do need to be sure to release the last reference on stopping the
kthread; asserting that it has been dropped already is insufficient.

Most callers of rhashtable_walk_start don't care about a resize event
which is indicated by a return value of -EAGAIN. So calls to
rhashtable_walk_start are wrapped wih code to ignore -EAGAIN. Something
like this is common:
ret = rhashtable_walk_start(rhiter);
if (ret && ret != -EAGAIN)
goto out;
Since zero and -EAGAIN are the only possible return values from the
function this check is pointless. The condition never evaluates to true.
This patch changes rhashtable_walk_start to return void. This simplifies
code for the callers that ignore -EAGAIN. For the few cases where the
caller cares about the resize event, particularly where the table can be
walked in mulitple parts for netlink or seq file dump, the function
rhashtable_walk_start_check has been added that returns -EAGAIN on a
resize event.

Intel uses different SATA PCI ids for the Desktop and Mobile SKUs of their
chipsets. For older models the comment describing which chipset the PCI id
is for, aksi indicates when we're dealing with a mobile SKU. Extend the
comments for recent chipsets to also indicate mobile SKUs.
The information this commit adds comes from Intel's chipset datasheets.
This commit is a preparation patch for allowing a different default
sata link powermanagement policy for mobile chipsets.

When the IPMI PCI code was split out, some code was consolidated for
setting the io_setup field in the io structure. The PCI code needed
this set before registration to probe register spacing, though, so
restore the old code for that function.

When running with the kernel unmapped whilst at EL0, the virtually-addressed
SPE buffer is also unmapped, which can lead to buffer faults if userspace
profiling is enabled and potentially also when writing back kernel samples
unless an expensive drain operation is performed on exception return.
For now, fail the SPE driver probe when arm64_kernel_unmapped_at_el0().

Middle-layer code doing suspend-time optimizations for devices with
the DPM_FLAG_SMART_SUSPEND flag set (currently, the PCI bus type and
the ACPI PM domain) needs to make the core skip ->thaw_early and
->thaw callbacks for those devices in some cases and it sets the
power.direct_complete flag for them for this purpose.
However, it turns out that setting power.direct_complete outside of
the PM core is a bad idea as it triggers an excess invocation of
pm_runtime_enable() in device_resume().
For this reason, provide a helper to clear power.is_late_suspended
and power.is_suspended to be invoked by the middle-layer code in
question instead of setting power.direct_complete and make that code
call the new helper.

When the tuner was split from m88rs2000 the attach function is in wrong
place.
Move to dm04_lme2510_tuner to trap errors on failure and removing
a call to lme_coldreset.
Prevents driver starting up without any tuner connected.

As we're now using the short license, it doesn't make sense to

Also, fix MODULE_LICENSE to properly identify GPL v2
at the Siano's common driver. Some codes there are licensed
on GPL v2 or latter, while others are GPL v2 only. So,
in order to reflect the common license that applies to
everything, the module itself should be GPLv2 only.
While here, use the Kernel's coding style for the comments
with copyright info.

mmc_blk_alloc_req() is supposed to return error pointers but there is
one path where we forget to set the error code and accidentally return
NULL. The callers are not expecting that and will have a NULL pointer
dereference.

When system wakes up from sleep on ls1046ardb, the SD operation fails
with mmc error messages since ESDHC_TB_EN bit couldn't be cleaned by
eSDHC_SYSCTL[RSTA]. It's proper to clean this bit in esdhc_reset()
rather than in probe.

mmc_test now uses mmc_start_request() to test sending commands during
"ongoing" asynchronous transfers, i.e. tests:
Commands during non-blocking read - use Set Block Count (CMD23)
Commands during non-blocking write - use Set Block Count (CMD23)
mmc_start_request() was not initializing cmd_completion, but cmd_completion
is used by "ongoing" transfers, so move initialization of cmd_completion
into making mmc_start_request().

Calling getnstimeofday() can suffer from time jumps and from the
y2038 overflow, so it is not appropriate here. Using ktime_get_ts64()
solves both problems. Using ktime_get() with ktime_t timestamps would
also work, but it seems that we mainly want to print the times as
seconds+nanoseconds, so it would require an extra division in the output.

There are only a few things the recovery needs to do. Primarily, it just
needs to:
Determine the number of bytes transferred
Get the card back to transfer state
Determine whether to retry
There are also a couple of additional features:
Reset the card before the last retry
Read one sector at a time
The legacy code spent much effort analyzing command errors, but commands
fail fast, so it is simpler just to give all command errors the same number
of retries.

Set a 10 second timeout for polling write request busy state. Note, mmc
core is setting a 3 second timeout for SD cards, and SDHCI has long had a
10 second software timer to timeout the whole request, so 10 seconds should
be ample.

According to the specification, total access time is derived from both TAAC
and NSAC, which means the timeout should add both timeout_ns and
timeout_clks. Host drivers do that, so make the block driver do that too.
