During error test case where switch port status is toggled from enable to

This patch fixes regression added by commit d74595278f
("scsi: qla2xxx: Add multiple queue pair functionality.").
When driver is not able to get reqeusted IRQs from the system, driver will
attempt tp clean up memory before failing hardware probe. During this cleanup,
driver assigns NULL value to the pointer which has not been allocated by
driver yet. This results in a NULL pointer access.

Introduce a state enum into sdebug_defer objects to indicate which, if
any, defer method has been used with the associated command. Also add 2
bools to indicate which of the defer methods has been initialized. Those
objects are re-used but the initialization only needs to be done
once. This simplifies command cancellation handling.
Now the delay associated with a deferred response of a command cannot be
changed (once started) by changing the delay (and ndelay) parameters in
sysfs. Command aborts and driver shutdown are still honoured immediately
when received.

1) Add initial BPF map offloading for nfp driver. Currently only
programs were supported so far w/o being able to access maps.
Offloaded programs are right now only allowed to perform map
lookups, and control path is responsible for populating the
maps. BPF core infrastructure along with nfp implementation is
provided, from Jakub.
2) Various follow-ups to Josef's BPF error injections. More
specifically that includes: properly check whether the error
injectable event is on function entry or not, remove the percpu
bpf_kprobe_override and rather compare instruction pointer
with original one, separate error-injection from kprobes since
it's not limited to it, add injectable error types in order to
specify what is the expected type of failure, and last but not

3) Various misc improvements and cleanups to the libbpf Makefile.
That is, fix permissions when installing BPF header files, remove
unused variables and functions, and also install the libbpf.h

4) When offloading to nfp JIT and the BPF insn is unsupported in the
JIT, then reject right at verification time. Also fix libbpf with
regards to ELF section name matching by properly treating the
program type as prefix. Both from Quentin.
5) Add -DPACKAGE to bpftool when including bfd.h for the disassembler.
This is needed, for example, when building libfd from source as
bpftool doesn't supply a config.h for bfd.h. Fix from Jiong.
6) xdp_convert_ctx_access() is simplified since it doesn't need to
set target size during verification, from Jesper.
7) Let bpftool properly recognize BPF_PROG_TYPE_CGROUP_DEVICE
program types, from Roman.
8) Various functions in BPF cpumap were not declared static, from Wei.
9) Fix a double semicolon in BPF samples, from Luis.

Currently, if the number of processed Asynchronous Event Queue (AEQ)
entries exceeds 255, they are not returned to HW for re-use. During
scale-up, the unreturned AEQ entries can grow to the max AEQ size and
cause the HW to report an AEQ overflow.
Remove the check which limits the number of processed AEQ entries returned
to HW.

If the application invalidates the MR before the FMR WR, HW parses the
consumer key portion of the stag and returns an invalid stag key
Asynchronous Event (AE) that tears down the QP.
Fix this by zeroing-out the consumer key portion of the allocated stag
returned to application for FMR.

When modifying qp from init to init, it need to assign the cqn of send cq
for tx cqn field of qp context. Otherwise, it will cause a mistake when
the send and recv cq sizes are different.

This patch adds 2 tcmu attrs to block/unblock a device and
reset the ring buffer. They are used when the userspace
daemon has crashed or forced to shutdown while IO is executing.
On restart, the daemon can block the device so new IO is not
sent to userspace while it puts the ring in a clean state.
Notes: The reset ring opreation is specific to tcmu, but the
block one could be generic. I kept it tcmu specific, because
it requires some extra locking/state checks in the main IO
path and since other backend modules did not need this
functionality I thought only tcmu should take the perf hit.

This patch adds a new group of files that are to be used to
have the kernel module execution some action. The next patch
will have target_core_user use the group/files to be able to block
a device and to reset its memory buffer used to pass commands
between user/kernel space.
This type of file is different from the existing device attributes
in that they may be write only and when written to they result in
the kernel module executing some function. These need to be
separate from the normal device attributes which get/set device
values so userspace can continue to loop over all the attribs and
get/set them during initialization.

Pull rdma fixes from Doug Ledford:
"We had a few more items creep up over the last week. Given we are in
-rc8, these are obviously limited to bugs that have a big downside and
for which we are certain of the fix.
The first is a straight up oops bug that all you have to do is read
the code to see it's a guaranteed 100% oops bug.
The second is a use-after-free issue. We get away lucky if the queue
we are shutting down is empty, but if it isn't, we can end up oopsing.
We really need to drain the queue before destroying it.
The final one is an issue with bad user input causing us to access our
port array out of bounds. While fixing the array out of bounds issue,
it was noticed that the original code did the same thing twice (the
call to rdma_ah_set_port_num()), so its removal is not balanced by a
readd elsewhere, it was already where it needed to be in addition to
where it didn't need to be.

There is no need to #define the license of the driver, just put it in
the MODULE_LICENSE() line directly as a text string.
This allows tools that check that the module license matches the source
code license to work properly, as there is no need to unwind the
unneeded dereference. For some of these drivers, the #define is just a
few lines above the MODULE_LICENSE() line, which is extra pointless.

input_mt_init_slots() resets the ABS_X/Y fuzz to 0 and expects the driver
to call input_mt_report_pointer_emulation(). That is based on the MT
position bits which are already defuzzed - hence a fuzz of 0.
In the case of synaptics semi-mt devices, we report the ABS_X/Y axes
manually. This results in the MT position being defuzzed but the
single-touch emulation missing that defuzzing.
Work around this by re-initializing the ABS_X/Y axes after the MT axis to
get the same fuzz value back.

The code for .get_multiple() has bugs:
1. The simple .get_multiple() just reads a register, masks it
and sets the return value. This is not correct: we only want to
assign values (whether 0 or 1) to the bits that are set in the
mask. Fix this by using &= ~mask to clear all bits in the mask
and then |= val & mask to set the corresponding bits from the
read.
2. The bgpio_get_multiple_be() call has a similar problem: it
uses the |= operator to set the bits, so only the bits in the
mask are affected, but it misses to clear all returned bits
from the mask initially, so some bits will be returned
erroneously set to 1.
3. The bgpio_get_set_multiple() again fails to clear the bits
from the mask.
4. find_next_bit() wasn't handled correctly, use a totally
different approach for one function and change the other
function to follow the design pattern of assigning the first
bit to -1, then use bit + 1 in the for loop and < num_iterations
as break condition.

The function mipi_dsi_device_transfer() returns the number of transmitted
or received bytes on success or a negative error code on failure.
The functions mipi_dsi_shutdown_peripheral(), mipi_dsi_turn_on_peripheral() &
mipi_dsi_set_maximum_return_packet_size() use improperly this returned
value in case of success: 0 should be returned instead of the number of
transmitted bytes.

When Synaptics protocol is disabled, we still need to try and detect the
hardware, so we can switch to SMBus device if SMbus is detected, or we know
that it is Synaptics device and reset it properly for the bare PS/2
protocol.
